crowded decks
reginald wheeler | July 12, 2017 | P&O Cruises | Azura
there is plenty to like on the Azura with excellent cabin space and food and pretty good service throughout, however there is a design fault in the deck areas[with far too many stairways] that allows little opportuity to actually walk un-impeded and makes the ship a nightmare for anyone in a wheelchair or disabled.on sea days the decks are over crowded with sun beds spread without thought for anyone.this compares badly with Royal Caribbean who keep seats in well defined lines that allow both passengers and staff safe access and thru-way.other passengers also complained that suite cabins under the main deck where open air functions took place were very noisy so beware when booking.i have sailed on P&O many times but will look elsewhere if they continue to make moving around so difficult.
