Having only ever cruised with P&O (it was always so good, food, service and value) sadly we won’t be cruising with them again !!
The ship needs a little tlc (our 3rd time on Azura) and I understand things have changed with the covid situation, staff shortages ect but ,food choice in the evening especially is minimal. No wine waiter (so our waiters are served food and doing drink orders for 7 of us.
Dress codes have been relaxed greatly (lots of people in the evening dressed in shorts in the bars and nightclub)
No consistency 3 couples 1 receiving turndown service (with chocolates 2 did not!
These are just a few little touches that all add up to that special service you expect from P&O .
I could go on!!
We have waited 3 years for this holiday and where disappointed P&O have put the prices up a great deal and dropped the standards we are used to.
We definitely will cruise again but not with P&O.
