General overview.

Second time doing a [email protected] Caribbean Cruise. First Jan 14 on Ventura.

Similar to 2014 the transportation and speed of check in and baggage was excellent,

Azura certainly will benefit from its refit this year as it had many tired looking areas.

We had a problem with our room C620 which was next to a plant room and caused a load noise . This room was on Azura records as a noisy room and no one should be offered it. Possibly a standby flood room a possibility. P and O couldn’t offer a replacement room as the ship was full. We met people who unlike us, who booked in Sept 14, had booked the week before at a cheaper price, got a better room. My complaint was logged but to date no response from P and O on my return.

The food on the boat , whilst certainly not as good in content or quality as 14, to me was still good value for money.

Service generally good as against excellent with staff often looking overworked at busy times.

Places we stopped at where again interesting with Grenada and Curacao good additions.

I am booked on Brittannia in Jan 2016 and hope that standards do not drop any further with P and O. What can’t be taken away is that lovely mid winter sun in contrast to the cold UK.
