Good -Not the Best
C RICHARDS | June 4, 2022 | P&O Cruises | Azura
An enjoyable cruise and great port visits with Greek Isles and Croatia. P&O keen on Covid precautions and we felt safe onboard Azura.
This entailed no freedom dining and we were allocated restaurant and table for the 14 day cruise. Masks were worn other than on deck at all times. Service was very good.
Our disappointment was with the restaurant food, being repetitive and well below previous standards. e.g. the menu included prawn cocktail, tomato soup, 6oz steak and salmon every night. After the first week we ate at the buffet ‘ grab and go’ every night as there was greater choice and the quality of the food was better . We would rate food as 3 star at best.
Probably won’t book Azura again.
