After over 35 cruise’s with P&O, they could not see there greedy way to offering us any compensation for one of our party missing there cruise. After been in the queue for 1/2 an hour we were told by one of there employees our corvid passes were in order . 3 hours later we got to the pass port control only to be told we needed a third Covid pass we had all had the required jabs, one of the party could not get it on his phone.. If the P&O employer had give us the correct information we had plenty of time to get it 3rd covid app.
If you have any problem’s . Don’t rely on P&O to do the right thing…
