The staff in the Restaurants etc – VERY Hardworking and pleasant. However, my husband and I thought the Azura was in MUCH need of refurbishment!
Our (balcony) cabin was REALLY looking the worse for wear – the curtains were VERY grubby – looking dreadful especially when the sun shone on things and ‘highlighted’ the soft furnishings etc- YUK! One day we were having some lunch (in the Verona) when water came CASCADING through the ceiling-light fittings – everything – WORSE it JUST missed us! It POURED out – very worrying as they had all hands on deck – so to speak! The carpets – especially in the self-service food places were filthy… Very Disappointed – it was our 4th visit on board…… I doubt when we will travel again. And lots more besides these comments. P&O – PLEASE sort this out. Thank you.
