Must do Better

Have just came back from Azura repositioning cruise Barbados to Southampton. Flew from Birmingham on a Thompson airways
Boeing 767 This aircraft was ex First Choice and had just came in from Mexico. The interior was very poor and although we were in premium economy the service was poor The air conditioning also was poor. The flight took of 15 minutes late at 1245. This a very late.
take off for a trip to Barbados .We did not arrive on board and thru security till 1930 Local.
Cabin was very clean and our steward was excellent thru out our cruise.
Menus were very unexciting to say the least but the food was well cooked Again our waiters were Excellent.
The entertainment was excellent though how ever although the Azura is a family friendly ship it is hard to see why children under 5
are allowed in the bars and nightclubs in there push chairs after 2230 hrs during the late cabaret shows.
The gents sauna was out of commission for the whole voyage, and some of the equipment in the oasis spar was not working either.
The ships clocks were advanced at 1200 noon time Having been a serving merchant navy officer from 1973 till 2007 this was completely new to me and also meant that lunch was over a 1.5 hr period instead of a 2.5 hrs period
