The cruise was great but the ship was not
Layout of the ship and the temperature in some of the bar areas and restaurant’s were cold, buffet food was not great and the vegetable’s were cold, there was not enough variety of fresh fruit e.g. we only ever had a one thin slice of kiwi fruit.
Me and my wife always dress smart causal and eat only in the Buffet restaurant. On the first black tie night I new that the main restaurants would expect the correct dress code but me and my wife were refused entry in 2v bars as we did not have the correct dress code which I felt was discrimination. I have sailed on the Queen Elizabeth and was never refused entry in any bars on black tie nights
The bars are public areas.
Would I recommend P&O or ever cruise again with them well the answer is no
