Norovirus Ship

We have never been on such a badly run ship!

P & O are going downhill fast.

Embarkation was a farce, we arrived after an excellent coach journey with Eavesway to arrive at Mayflower terminal and given the wrong boarding cards. We saw all the passengers on our coach going through check in and when we enquired why we were not with them use were told Eavesway hadn’t arrived and were we sure we had travelled with Eavesway. Eventually we managed to go through check in. One hour after everyone off the coach.

One week later Norovirus took hold on the ship. We were confined to the cabin got 30hours. People were not reporting the fact they had diarrhoea or sickness or even both. Ship needs going in for deep cleaning.

On a lighter note, the artist’s on board were excellent e.g. Neil Lockwood ELO singer, Mark Walker impressionist /comedian were very good.

Service in the restaurants was painfully slow and got worse because of waiting staff being used to serve food in the Horizon buffet.

We waited one and a half hours for two people to arrive at the coach to come home because of being assigned the wrong departure lounge.
