Our 5th criuse with P & o
Bernice Murrell | April 27, 2018 | P&O Cruises | Azura
Having cruised with P & O previously on th Oceana, Arcadia and Aurora we persuaded my sister and brother in law to accompany us on the Russell Watson 4 night cruise aboard Azura. Overall, we had a fabulous time but I must say we wouldn’t criuse on Azura again. Too big, too impersonal and some crew members had an attitude. The decks were ‘packed’ for sunbathing, the food was below the standard we have had on the other P & O ships we have travelled on and I wonder if this had been our first criuse would we go again? On the last night we all ate at the Seventeen restaurant which was the best experience we had on the ship and one of the best meals we have ever had. Russell Watson’s show was shorter and not as good as the last show of his we saw on the Arcadia. He sung popular as opposed to opera which I found disappointing. We will cruise with P & O again but on one of their smaller ships – I just hope standards haven’t fallen over the whole fleet.
