P&O Standards
Helen & Gerald Parkinson | April 3, 2017 | P&O Cruises | Azura
Surprised at the 2 critical reviews on this trip. Our waiters in the dining room were excellent, the personnel in the pay supplement areas could even be described as outstanding. The staff we met ‘occasionally’ were always courteous and helpful and I have never met a rude waiter in all my years of cruising. I would agree there is evidence of less staff and some longer waits, but with 3,080 passengers nothing to complain about.
Quality of food is variable but generally pretty good.
Neither Azura or Ventura are our ships of choice but that is just because we prefer the smaller vessels, both ships are excellent for comfort and general facilities.
