Standards have dropped
Valerie Antcliff | March 13, 2018 | P&O Cruises | Azura
I have been on the Azura for the last 3 years but this time was very disappointed in need of refit in places like the decking/sun beds/food in buffet always just warm at breakfast and Lunch time but food in the night buffet and service was excellent the drainage had this bad smell coming from the toilets all though the staff are very friendly and the work very hard but the Azura needs more staff to cope with such a large amount of passengers the service in the restaurant was poor we had to wait 35 minutes before we received are main courses but I myself would come back on to the Azura because of the memories I spent with my husband on our first cruise.
