Too crowded & poor service
Loz | July 27, 2018 | P&O Cruises | Azura
Ship was overcrowded. Frequently unable to find a table in the buffet and Staff did nothing when asked to help – even when some sections were closed off. Freedom Dining does NOT do what it says on the tin! Unless you turn up very early [and people actually queued up before opening to do this!] you would not get a table for 4; you might get one if willing to share but even that wasn’t assured; one evening we were unable to get seated at our preferred time of 7pm, were given a pager and were finally seated at 7:50 – perfect timing to ensure we missed the show we had planned to see at 8:30!
Since staffing levels were reduced there is a notable lack of service generally.
