Upgrade

We were very excited at being offered an upgrade to a suite but very disappointed with the suite it was a family suite D105 and it looked very tired and needed lots of TLC nothing like I expected. Furniture on the balcony was also seen better days one of the chairs were broken it had a pool of water that remained there for all the cruise. We opted not to have a butler but he came to see us and told us we wouldn’t receive the special touches that come with having a suite we also thought that we could dine in our room but we had no dining table and chairs. I wouldn’t book this suite in future I thought the deluxe balcony suite was much better value for money.
