utter and complete chaos

booked 18 months ago for new years eve on Azura with the wife’s brother and his wife , making a party of 4. We completed the required e mails to book a table four 4 for the 8:45 sitting on new years eve and received conformation from PO that this was ok .When we got on the ship we were given the 5:45 sitting in different restaurants and after much complaining and arguing we were informed by the officer that the best he could do for us was the 5:45 sitting together on a table for 6. Friends of ours who were on board and had booked the saver fare a few weeks before sailing were allocated the 8:45 sitting together with their pals .We have sailed 30 times with PO and have to say until they improve their IT system (the officer blamed the chaotic IT system) we will be looking elsewhere. we received no apology from PO just a shrug of the shoulders.
