Xmas in the Caribbean
Sue Baker | January 7, 2019 | P&O Cruises | Azura
Just returned from a lovely Christmas cruise in the Caribbean on Azura. Everything just as expected. The ship, although looking tired, is still lovely, crew friendly and helpful, and everything we needed on board. The only thing that spoiled it was the group of loud and argumentative passengers who apparently were a wedding party. We understand that they were actually ejected off the ship after many complaints and a fight. Luckily we saw nothing of the fight, but it certainly was the talk of the ship. Much praise to the Captain and crew who had to deal with them. Christmas Day itself was spent at sea and even though there were not many children on board, there was plenty of entertainment laid on for them. Even Santa paid a visit!
All in all, a lovely cruise made all the easier beginning and ending with direct flights from our local airport to Barbados.
