Baltic Cruise Sept/Oct 22 Britannia
George Drozdowski | January 22, 2023 | P&O Cruises | Britannia
We have only cruised with P&O, and never had any problems. That is until we boarded the Britannia, the entertainment was very poor, the food in the buffet at best lukewarm, at worst tepid. Have seen better buffets in fast food chains. The cabin it was clean, not the bathroom, mould round the shower screen and the base of the shower tray. Outbreak of covid on the way back, had they checked the lateral flow test certificates in Southampton this may have been avoided. Someone had there toilet blocked, when they managed to unblock it, they found it was caused by,two lateral flow test kits, both positive. Sorry to say we wont be going on that ship again or recommending it to anyone else. As someone said its a Butlins on sea, but at least Butlins has some life and soul, been on better car ferries. I appreciate covid hasnt helped, but its time for P&O to take onboard whats being said. When i phoned P&O on our return, they didnt seem to care much about any bad points I raised and there were a few, just only interested in the good ones
