Brilliant Britannia Holiday
Susan Worwood | March 11, 2016 | P&O Cruises | Britannia
Our second cruise on Britannia, certainly the right choice, we have had 13 days sailing around the Western Med, enjoying good food, excellent guest speakers,( Prof. Brian J. Ford gave four talks and he was excellent) enjoyable evening entertainment, and special food tastings. P & O seemed to have thought of everything to keep their passengers happy. Really appreciated having a balcony, we were up very early most days when coming into port, and when leaving seeing the pilot depart once we were safely out of port. Also enjoyed having some private space to enjoy the sun.
There was plenty of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner for all,, and also being able to make tea of coffee in our cabin whenever we wanted.
We enjoyed all the ports of call, Gibraltar,Cartagena, Palma, Barcelona, Cadiz, and Lisbon, all different, and all interesting to explore. Our cabin location was really good F. deck near to stairs and lift, very quiet, our steward looked after us as did everyone else on this cruise
My only regret is why has it taken us so long to discover this excellent way to travel, we need to make up for lost time.
