Britannia Med 2022
Paul Barton | June 23, 2022 | P&O Cruises | Britannia
A very enjoyable cruise with excellent staff as usual. However our cabin was tatty, there was regularly no soap in the dispensers and the taps didn’t work in the toilets. P&O are cutting back again and again. No wine waiter, no evening turn down and the food was tepid and often poor. They claimed there was no evening turn down because the cabin stewards were cleaning for Covid and yet the unused cutlery and plates were put away to be reused which is a potential Covid risk this is a double standard. This was our third and last cruise on Britannia. The layout is awful with a tween deck and no promenade. However, to reiterate, the staff, from cleaners, to crew and from waiters to entertainers were excellent.
