Caribbean and a back to back.
Jenny Jefferson | April 8, 2019 | P&O Cruises | Britannia
Four weeks on Britannia and our first TA. A fantastic time, cruising the Islands. Our cabin balcony deluxe midships B deck, very comfortable and spacious. Complimentary Champagne and Belgium chocolates. Our lovely cabin steward Janeth kept our cabin immaculate and looked after us very well. Food in the Horizon and Pennisular Restaurants to be honest was mixed, always an extensive choice, Epicurian, Limelight, and Glass restaurants very good, as was service and attention to detail. Sailaways a Britannia speciality, Niel Oliver and his team at their best, assisted by Captain Paul Briown who was an absolute people’s Captain and mixed and chatted with his guests. He also kept us well informed. The crew were friendly and helpful, always courteous , more than be said of some passengers attitude to crew. Sunbeds although in theory plentiful were still reserved, it could be a problem on sea days. A smooth and pleasant crossing of the N. Atlantic. Would I do this cruise again? You bet I would without any hesitation.
