First sailing on P&O line
CHRISTINE WILLIAMS | September 20, 2021 | P&O Cruises | Britannia
We booked a staycation with the Britannia cruise ship for 5/9 and was very worried after reading the negative reviews regarding the the food and some staff. ( Have done 20 cruises so not a cruise virgin)
The check in went smoothly and plenty of staff at the port to hep us.
Got on the ship and found our way to the cabin which was an inside mid ship on deck 11 and was pleasantly surprised by room in the cabin. ( usually book balcony).
We then went to the buffet which offered a good selection of food and we all enjoyed it.
Our initial experience of the ship, staff, food, drinks was very positive and it continued throughout the entire week we had food and wine in the Glasshouse on two occasions which was amazing.
Don’t let the reviews put you off booking with Britannia as we’re looking to book again for end of year after returning from Cyprus.
