just little things like having to ask more then once for things at dinner
some staff just not five star as before and problems that should not have been at the end of the cruise having to phone the reception four times for luggage labels for an extra case we had paid for with tui .and was told to back to the room between 8/12 on the last night to see if it was there .
silly things like no tray at breakfast on the last day and when i asked a officer he said there was none.
as if we had paid and where going home so it did not matter i have been with p&o for over 15years and all ways had a very good time ?
and then on the flight home no hot food ,(a very good reason was given) but no other food other then the cold parts of the meal
