Lovely Britannia
Veronica Clixby | October 24, 2017 | P&O Cruises | Britannia
I love Britannia it is a beautiful ship, the decor is even better than I was expecting. The food was great and cooked beautifully, there is plenty of choice, special diets are well catered for, and this rates high on my list as I have a complicated diet. In the Horizon restaurant there is alway plenty of vacant seating.
The entertainment is brilliant, the theatre and stage on Britannia is the biggest and best I have ever seen plus the scenery and lighting which is mostly hi tec quite spectacular.
There is dancing for those who love to dance ballroom, latin and best of all sequence.
The cabins are well designed creating more space especially for ladies.
Everyone from the people who look after the staterooms up to the Captain are lovely.
There are a couple of things I’d like to mention the areas around the Sunset Bar Aft – soot from the funnels land on chairs, tables, sunbeds and decks. There loads of loungers anyway on other parts of the ships. This is why I gave it 4 stars.
Some people don’t use hand washing facilities as often as they should.
I recommend the Britannia.
