Needs improving

I feel Brittania has gone downhill since I was last on her.
Our cabin was tired, marks on carpet, no soap by sink, bathroom felt like it needed a deep clean and smelt. However bed was comfy, plenty of room.
The ship was OK very crowded, waited long time to get served in bars and dining areas. Staff were amazing worked hard in all areas. Not a lot of staff really and seemed overworked.
The food was OK. Main dining room, breakfast was good, lunch lovely too and dinner although not as good as my last visit was nice.
Glass House and Beach House amazing, we booked as soon as we could and glad as they were full after a few days.
Epicurean was nice but probably overpriced at 30 pounds each. Bars actually ran out of cider and beer with 4 days to go, which really isn’t good.
The usual sunbed fiasco that needs to be sorted by P and O, no beds by 9am, a sea of blue towels., most with no-one on ……..so unless your up at 7am to claim a bed , you’ve had it!
Entertainment was good plenty for everyone.
Even with some negatives, we enjoyed our holiday, ports were interesting and we either did it ourselves or used Pand O for trips. Met lovely people and enjoyed the sun.
I just feel corners are being cut, which is a shame as she’s a beautiful ship and everyone tries hard to give you a good holiday. I think the company need to decide where they are going or they will loose customers.
