Not the same
Kathryn Normanton | June 12, 2017 | P&O Cruises | Britannia
Recently returned from a cruise on Britannia and felt disappointed with the fall in standards. Britannia is too big and does not offer the same experience of quality and service. This ship does not have sufficient pool space for so many passengers. Also insufficient number of hot tubs – these were always taken over by children anyway. There was a general lack of the personal touch we have experienced on previous cruises. The staff appear to be overworked. Excursions are highly over priced and the level of tips expected is outrageous.
