October 9th 12 nights

Was bowled over & so excited to see the ship , however our cabin steward was so rude , I reported him 3 times , nothing was done , he told me he was to busy to get body lotion or shower cap & told me to call reception, when asked for milk or tea, he said you will have to wait till evening when I do the night time turn bed down as had run out & only fills at night , he moaned because we used a glass, the mirrors were filthy & toilet stank ,he never cleaned although we moaned, he all ways huffed & puffed & said he was to busy , asked for flannels & tissues as never replaced,he was a very ill mannered steward who made it unpleasant to be in room, he would knock to clean early & we would still be in our room @ 9.30 am he said he wouldn’t do the room then as he wanted a break until the evening.The food was bland except on formal nights , the buffet closed different ends to much & had to ask constantly to be told the chef said no more .Was barged into by waiters who neverapologised .Personally never realised so many elderly & wheelchair people went on cruises ,maybe I need to fly like have before & cruised from fort Lauderdale as the stairs were all ways closed in mid ship so lifts to full & one last thing isn’t a cruise supposed to be enjoyable ? Well why didn’t they smile. Also such scruffy people hardly anyone dressed up so very disappointed, never again.
