P and O standards slipped
Jane Jones | November 18, 2022 | P&O Cruises | Britannia
P and O have just lost our custom after 17 years. They have cut the cruise experience to the bone leaving a mediocre company who is happy to sell off cabins at any price which has led to abandonment of most standards of behaviour. Dress code! Anything goes virtually anywhere. Loud, drunken passengers – great that has enhanced the experience – not. Princess, Royal Caribbean and Fred Olsen are more deserving of our custom.
