Pre Christmas Britannia cruise
Marilyn Greenslade | December 29, 2021 | P&O Cruises | Britannia
After a very stressful check in at Manchester airport we finally boarded Britannia. It was like coming home. Soon settled into life on board. Less courses in the dining room but we thought theropod was better than previous years. Stopped the turning down of beds and the chocolate which I preferred. Beach towels were on deck which was a better idea. You don’t have to pack them when going on deck.
The app I did not like and hope this is not going to be a regular after Covid. It often did not work and I went to reception they booked the theatre for me. The restaurant booked my table for the fortnight avoiding the dreaded app.
I felt safe on board. The only downside to the cruise was all the forms and tests to undertake. Very stressful. P&O did well and once Covid has been contained would cruise again.
