Peter Railton | January 4, 2019 | P&O Cruises | Britannia
Try finding your way around Britannia on arrival and you will find it very confusing. Try going from 11 – midships on 6. Improved signage is desperately needed on this ship.
The food is very good though it could do to be extended in the Horizon.
Attention to detail in the horizon often conflicts with reality eg the need to carry or not carry passports. No detail on where to meet on a trip was not issued. Had to ring reception to get guidance as it was not in our copy of Daily Info sheet.
A need to clean the glass on balconies is essential. Not cleaned in a fortnight away.
Not all bad as a good Cruise was achieved but you can’t help comparing one cruise line to another.
The Theatre Entertainers where first class by any measure. You would struggle to improve the standard.
