Recent cruise aboard Britannia
Frieda Curnow | October 4, 2019 | P&O Cruises | Britannia
I enjoyed our recent 7 night cruise aboard Britannia but not as much as I have done in the past. Although there was nothing technically wrong with service, cleanliness etc. I personally felt that the ship was far too big and lacked that personal touch one used to feel aboard the smaller, more compact vessels. Finding one’s way around was, at times, complicated and lack of space in the lifts was also a problem for both disabled and able bodied passengers. The service in the Oriental Restaurant was superb but the food , whilst good, was somewhat repetitive. The entertainment on board was not, in our opinion, as good as in the past and although we will no doubt be cruising with P&O again it will definitely not be aboard Britannia.
