Standards not kept
Steven Hamer | July 5, 2022 | P&O Cruises | Britannia
Enjoyed the ports we visited but standards dropping. Unable to get a lounger as people put towels on them and then disappeared. Jumping and diving in swimming pools where notices are clear that it not allowed. Dress code in the evening not adhered to and entertainment not usual standard. Also never saw the Captain or Officers.
