Standards slipping
Susan Woods | November 15, 2022 | P&O Cruises | Britannia
Enjoyed our stay on Britannia but found that the choice of daytime activities was very limited , especially for a cruise with a lot of sea days. Many of the daytime activities were no more than sales promotions for the spa and speciality restaurants ,
Evening turndown has now been cut, so not as much contact with cabin steward, difficult to contact anyone for requirements in the evening , such as clean towels or refilled ice bucket .
