Iona Canary cruise

Where shall start from start to finish. To Start the Bus taking us to Southampton was 1 hour early with people having to sit 1 hour waiting at Hilton Park Services. We had to queue to off load at Southampton and I hade asked for assistance to be told to join this very long queue and ask when I got to the entrance. The lady helper was disgusted with this remark however, we eventually got assistance and got though customs to then have to wait quite a long time for another person to take us up to our cabin. From the time we entered our cabin which was badly designed things got badly worse. On Sunday evening at 11.15 we had to ring reception to ask for replacement toilet rolls this was not acceptable being a the cabins were supposed to have been serviced the day before. Food was badly cooked service was very slow. The Lime Light Club this was to be a special evening. Slow braised beef this needed at least 1 hour more in the pot. We came out of this feeling disgusted yet again what else can I say but oh dear what a shambles????? My opinion is P&O have lost the plot and have lost their finesse. What a sham. I have sailed with this company for many years but have lost confidence with them.
