Life on Iona
Chris Saunders | August 31, 2021 | P&O Cruises | Iona
Iona is a very large, luxurious ship. She is extremely modern & comfortable. We found some of the decor very clinical and in places dark. It is not a homely ship. It is still very much a P&O ship. The food was very good, though there did seem to be a lot more vegan things on the menus. The service all over the ship was exemplary. The one thing we did not like was having to use an App to book our meals and any of the entertainment we wanted to see. It was very difficult to access the App, if our travelling companion hadn’t had his iPad with him we would have had to constantly go to the help desk.
The holiday was enjoyable just sad we couldn’t get off to explore.
