P&O Need to employ more staff
John Sparks | September 25, 2022 | P&O Cruises | Iona
Iona is a beautiful ship really big on our Cruise there was 5500 passengers but sadly P&O seem to be cutting costs as followed:
No Baggage Handlers to take our cases had to park own car up and walk with our cases some 100 -150 yards to Terminal.
Service on Ship was very slow not enough staff waited over 20 mins to be served.
Food quality not up to the standard of previous cruises.
Entertainment was poor. Headliner Group where awful could not sing and could not dance.
P&O need to address these items quickly or they will lose passengers.
