Poor Restaurant Service
Alan Severns | September 13, 2021 | P&O Cruises | Iona
The Iona is a beautiful ship but the restaurant service was not up to P&O standards as there didn’t seem enough staff to cope. One evening we where waiting 25 minutes just for our order to be taken. When I complained to assistant restaurant manager she believed there was enough staff and blamed everything else. Also the App. wasn’t been used correctly by staff and passengers resulting in long queues and the virtual queue was not moving. P&O please sort these things out as it is coursing stress when you should be relaxing .
