cruise 30th Jan 2015

I Cannot find fault with the arrangements made by Bolsover, but I feel that compared to 2 years ago on the same cruise/ship standards have dropped. One of the most important aspects of cruising is the quality of food served especially during the evening restaurant meals. On 2 occasions the meat quality left a lot to be desired and in fact was not edible. Whereby I can put a deal of blame on the chefs for plating up such meat i can also lay blame on the person with overall responsibly for the purchase of the produce.
I am also disappointed at this recent trend to pre-booking airplane seats, especially for the return journey. This caused a lot of ill feeling on board ship among queqeing passengers. Iam sure customers would prefer to be allocated seating at the time of booking.
