Phillip Smith | April 29, 2019 | P&O Cruises | Ventura
After enduring leaving Oslo fjord into a force 13 hurricane to end up anchored off Norfolk for Christmas Day instead of being in Amsterdam, Then re-booking to go into Amsterdam only to be told months later that we will be docking 45 minutes coach drive away, and finally cruising to Guernsey to be told we can’t get into St Peter port because of the wave height. We are becoming very disillusioned with P&O planning.
Having already booked on the giant ship Iona next June for the Fjords I am concerned that they will come up with an excuse that they can’t get such a big ship into some of the destinations, I hope they have done their checks and are not going to let us down this time.
One last gripe, The entertainment on Ventura was dire.
