Disappointed with cruise
Barry Carter | September 22, 2016 | P&O Cruises | Ventura
Having been on Ventura & Azura on several occasions we found the quality of a good proportion of the clientele had dropped, is this because of the TV advertising attracting more people ? A further point was the number of wheelchairs, couldn’t move for them, no disrespect but could they not have a ship which catered for wheelchair users. Babies / young children were in the dining room which did not help the ambience. In addition to this there were children at 10 pm in the entertainment venues disrupting the artistes. Men wearing peaked caps in the formal dining room at lunch time who, should be told it is not acceptable. It would also appear that the ship was completely full which did not help and every entertainment venue was packed to capacity. We find that we will be having a rethink about going with P&O in the future. As you will note from our ratings for service etc., everything else was very good.
