Recently endured a cruise on the Ventura. From the start it was obvious that the ship was hugely understaffed. Numerous restaurants were closed and those special restaurants that were open had very little booking availability. There was a 90 minute wait on almost every evening to sit down in the main restaurants too. Cabin service was also limited due to there not being enough stewards. In short, all of those little bits that make the cruise special we’re not there. Could have had a comparable level of service on Bill Bodgitts Cruises. Then to top it off, within a day of getting home we tested positive for Covid!!
