Jill Howey | June 24, 2016 | P&O Cruises | Ventura
We have just returned from our first ever cruise and we are so pleased we discussed everything with Bolsover Cruises prior to booking anything. We took our elderly parents with us who were very nervous about being away for quite a long time and with medical issues. We took advice about everything and it was just as explained and more so if that was possible?
We did a 12 day Med Cruise on the Ventura with Mum in a wheel chair and everything went seamlessly from start to finish with the services of cruise connect to take us to Southampton and back. The service and staff on board was excellent and of the highest standard. We all had a wonderful holiday and my parents were well looked after even when we visited some of the ports. We cant find any faults and would like to thank everyone involved in the process for helping us along the way and with great advice about everything from formal evenings to gratuities, entertainment etc.
The whole experience has given them a real lift and they are buzzing with it all. My Mum’s only regret she said was ” I wish that we had done it years ago”
Thankyou Bolsover and PO Cruises
