getting there
G.K.rayner | November 20, 2014 | P&O Cruises | Ventura
P & O cruises are what they are and having done 20plus I have nothing to say on the actual cruise.
For the first time however I have already emailed the Companyexpressing strong a strong view of the way in which thomson (the air charter carrier) handled the overnight transfer to the hotel (flight delayed overnight due to snowy conditions at Birmingham).
after collecting luggage from carousel and proceeding through arrivals gate there was no one to direct passengers where to wait/go.consequently some went left some right i.two queues(and i use that word lightly) formed at different ends of the airport !
No presence therefore no info equalled long wait whilst one coach…yes one for the whole flight, apparently was tasked with taking us to hotel.I could go on but would only be repeating info sent to P & O who have ack`d but not yet come back to me.
