Pam Oxley | October 25, 2021 | P&O Cruises | Ventura
I have cruised with P&O many times and the whole boarding process was dreadful some passengers did not get on board until 5.30. Only freedom dining and staff who were inexperience expected to use hand held device for ordering meals and drinks, staff on the reception desks were adding diners to tables after other guests had eaten their first course. Insufficient staff in buffet restaurants serving there were however enough staff keeping tables cleaned and disinfected. Cabin staff were top class but only visited once a day so had more cabins to clean. The ship handled the weather very well and speakers on board very good and we were lucky enough to see whales and dolphins.
