Oh that loud music
Barry Hague | January 9, 2020 | P&O Cruises | Ventura
Having recently spent 2 weeks on board this cruise ship around the Med P and O have a liking for very loud music . O n deck 15 poolside and 16 round the pool, they think we are all headbangers who like the music turned up to max. Oh no we are not. On this cruise I would have put the average age at into 60 years plus So why oh why cant we just play quiet background music so the vast numbers of deck sitters/loungers can rest or read in peace. Do the staff on board not look at the age average and play their kind of music instead of making the most of 2015/16 stuff.
My only other comment would be about the first P & O organised trip out and to say never again should disappoint P & O. Went to Pisa to see the leaning tower (from La Spezia) a 50 minute coach ride , a courier who on the journey there, talked non stop, and I couldn’t turn her off. A very pleasant young lady with a degree in talking. The walk from the coach stop on arrival was beyond the reasonable as progress was dominated by the slowest passenger. A fair walk for the less mobile. I expected a crowd but this was something else ,but then again it is a world site. A ?35 learning experience.
