P&O Ventura
Glenise Tyler | May 8, 2023 | P&O Cruises | Ventura
Ventura requires a complete revamp it was obvious service levels had gone down compared to previous cruises on Azura and Britannia principally due track of staff numbers. If we had wanted to go on a cruise with school children we would have picked the appropriate dates. Ship now not big enough to take 3,000 people. The app was rubbish we could not even book with The Glass House in person so never went. Food in restaurant was dreadful so had to pay additional for the Sindhu Restaurant. Booking Freedom Dining was a joke due to the number of times we had to wait considerable times with a bleeper. Over all very disappointed and we believe the [email protected] standards have gone down hill.
