Poor customer focus & declining quality & standards.

P&O need to focus more on the customer and its needs rather than how much money they can extract from their customer whilst on board. P&O only introduce improvements for the customer if it benefits them. I’m afraid to say that in recent years we have lost faith and trust in.P&O. The loyalty rewards scheme is not fit for purpose anymore. The gratuities system on board does not give the customer the freedom and flexibility. The so-called new simplified system only benefits. P&O. The cabins were very tired and worn. As for the Havana showroom, it’s just not fit for purpose. The shops on board were being shut down during the cruise. No mention when booking that it would be going in for a refit immediately following this cruise. There was insufficient staff which put a lot of pressure on the rest. It’s such a shame as we used to be proud to sail with. P&O. Overall standards & quality have really dropped. Have to say in all our cruising years this was the worst.
