Cabin in poor condition (we have photographs). Electrical failures galore. Cutbacks evident, eg no tissues in public lavatories. New IT system not good. Account not available on TV. Twice there were items on account that we had not purchased, one resolved, other still outstanding. Staff, stewards & waiting staff still excellent. Will probably not travel with P&O again and certainly not Ventura. Just felt let down. However, we enjoyed the cruise overall.
