Excellent start to our holiday flying from EMA no problems and very a professional service from the aircraft to the ship
Really disappointed with the fighting on board! bad language over sunbeds, even a fight in the laundry. One excursion started early how embarrassing most of the holiday makers found to see a group of about 8 people drinking beer and still hung over from the night before. Dress code why bother when you find people at the theatre in shorts and tee shirts. The food was very poor not up to the usual standard of P & O, there rep did say that they were reviewing this. I have to say the medical centre were amazing so kind, caring and very professional to my mother who had broken her arm. we are still awaiting the H & S officer who was due to come to see us the following day, we enquired several times but he was always very busy dealing with problems!
We were so disappointed i spoke to P & O on my return, who said that they cannot vouch for there clients and it had been an usually lively cruise – You can say that Again!!! they suggest we next go on one of there smaller ships – without families, I hasten to add it was not the children behaving badly it was adults.
