This time it was disappointing

This was the most disappointing cruise we have had with P&O. The best thing was that our cabin steward was the best we have ever had. The service in the restaurants, at the poolside bar and other bars was not the standard we would expect from P&O. On one occasion I was even given another cruisers card back instead of my own. The club dining menu was repeated during the cruise and the vegetable choice was poor. The itinerary was changed during the cruise due to weather but the substitute stop was less than the original ones so we spent more days at sea, without any compensation for the loss. The prices in the shops on board were very expensive, but all they seemed to want to do was promote onboard shopping.
Be prepared to manage your expectations.
