To the Med. for late deal – fantastic

My husband and I were very blessed to get a late deal at the end of last month on the Ventura Cruise ship. Our cabin was chosen for us and was very comfortable but would have been nice if we had a chair each to sit on! However, it was very quiet and an excellent steward looked after us and was most anxious to make us as comfortable as possible. The Ports of call were excellent, Palma, Barcelona, Toulon and Monte Carlo. We went on 2 P & O coach trips which were excellent value for money, especially the one to Sanary Sur Mer as it was such a beautiful town on the coast with a lovely harbour and most enjoyable. Would recommend this to anyone and we also visited a Mediav’al village in the mountain. The food was very good and service in the dining room superb. We had never been on a 7 night cruise before and wondered how relaxing it would be. It was great and would do it again. We flew to Malaga and on arrival had a tour around the city and when we arrived at the Port it was very quick through security and check-in. It was fantastic having our suitcases delivered directly from Gatwick airport to our cabin and on return from cabin to Gatwick. P & O had it all worked out very well and assistance was always available to direct you each way. Go for it!
